Take the challenge of learning and practicing these ancient Chinese arts of self-defense and health restoration by combining breath control with rhythmic, slow moving choreographed body movements. Learn to enhance vitality, improve overall health and reverse aging through Qigong (Chi Kung). Among its many health benefits are lowering of blood pressure, improved circulation, better balance, flexibility, enhanced breathing, clearing the mind, and lifting of the spirit. Taught by Neal Arida.

$35 a month for members / $65 for non-members;
drop-in fee: $10 per class for members / $15 for non-members
