|Beginning Tai Chi & Qigong for Health

This gentle exercise helps to improve those with arthritic conditions that currently are causing less mobility and less activity. Other benefits are improved balance, improved circulation, the lowering of blood pressure, increased flexibility and enhanced breathing. This is also a great program for relaxing the mind in preparation for meditation as the form itself is a moving meditation. Taught by Neal Arida.
